Our regenerative grazing management practices strive to grow thick stands of diverse set of perennial grasses. Healthy perennial grasses keep the micro-herd (soil microbiology) well fed year-around thru photosynthesis, in particular mycorrhizal fungi that helps aerate the soils to increase water infiltration capacity (effective rainfall).

Having green grasses year around allow ranchers to minimize the inputs required to keep their livestock healthy and thriving, making a resilient operation. Following is a picture comparing the quality of annual vs perennial grasses at the end of the growing season. The green foliage of healthy plants keeps going year-around.
